Individual Supervision
Individual supervision is a personal, confidential space where we explore your professional practice, occupational challenges, and working relationships in depth. It is designed for leaders, practitioners, and anyone who works with people and wants a quality space for reflection and growth.

- Leaders, teachers, social workers, healthcare professionals, counselors, and other practitioners

- 60–90 minutes
- Frequency:
- Every 3–4 weeks
Group Supervision
Group supervision brings together 5–8 professionals from different organizations or work settings. Shared reflection offers diverse perspectives, promotes peer learning, and reduces the sense of professional isolation.

- Professionals from different organizations seeking peer support and the exchange of experiences
- Duration:
- 120–180 minutes
- Frequency:
- Every 3–4 weeks
Team Supervision
Team supervision is designed for an entire team within one organization. Together we address team dynamics, communication, task distribution, and working relationships. The result is a more cohesive, effective, and satisfied team.

- Whole teams — school staff, healthcare teams, social services, corporate teams
- Duration:
- 120–180 minutes
- Frequency:
- By agreement, based on the team's needs
Workshops & Lectures
Workshops and lectures are tailored to the needs of your organization or team. Topics include burnout prevention, stress management, communication and assertiveness, emotional resilience, and professional development. Format and scope are fully flexible.

- School staff, companies, public institutions, NGOs, and professional communities
- Duration:
- By agreement (half-day to full day)
