I am Stanka Majc, a certified professional supervisor and educator with over twenty years of experience in schools. My path to supervision was a natural one — after years of working with students, parents, and colleagues, I came to understand how vital it is to have a space where professionals can safely reflect on their work.

In the classroom, I learned that real change happens when people feel heard. I carry that conviction into every supervision session. My approach is practical, grounded, and human — not academic or theoretical.

I believe in the power of common sense, genuine relationships, and the courage to reflect. For me, supervision is not a luxury — it is a foundation for quality professional work.
